A great victory. Slovakia defeats the US ice hockey team

The country is hosting this year’s IIHF ice hockey worlds, with matches being held in Bratislava and Košice.

The Slovak national hockey team won all three points in their first match of the 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship against the USA. The match ended with the result 4:1.

Slovak goals were scored by Matúš Sukeľ, Erik Černák, Tomáš Tatar and Michal Krištof. Alex Debrincat scored for the US.

Slovakia now has 3 points in the preliminary round.

This year’s ice hockey world championship is being held in Slovakia, with the teams playing in Bratislava and Košice.

The Slovak national team is playing in group A of the preliminary round, with the matches being held in Košice. They will face teams from the US, Finland, Canada, Germany, France, Great Britain, and Denmark.

Based on the current men’s IIHF World Rankings, Slovakia is currently in 10th position with the US ranking 4th.
