JAZZ: Winter Jazz Fest Trnava – The first year of this one day event is performed by Jaka Kopač – saxophone (SLO) who will present also his newest album Present Thoughts, US musicians: Danny Grissett, Josh Ginsburg a Willie Jones III. SNOWBOARDING: Sony Xperia Snowboard Fest – The 16th edition of the men’s Big Air snowboarding show moves after 3 years at Štrbské Pleso to Banská Bystrica. At the start of the race, also last year's winner Kalle Järvilehto from Finland will compete in this discipline, and he will compete with top European jumpers: from Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and also from Slovakia. DANCE: Androgén a Jadro/ Androgen and the Core – This performance brings “author’s theatrical double evening”: Androgen is a challenge for men to create a safe space for a woman in their arms (choreographed by Tibor Trulik). EXHIBITION: Rich, chocolaty goodness - Graphic design by Japanese artist Shinji Takine can help deepen the interest in Japanese culture among Slovaks. This exhibition will visit three cities: Banská Štiavnica, Ružomberok and Bratislava. The artist tries to show original patterns.
