HALLOWEEN/CASTLE: Ghosts at the Smolenice Mansion – The second year of this event offers a guided tour around the haunted mansion, body painting, archery and other activities, recommended for children over 6 years of age. EXHIBITION: Konjunkcie / Conjuntions – This exhibition follows the collaboration of glass artist Palo Macho with several generations of Slovak visual artists: Ivan Csudai, Rudolf Fila, Ľudovít Fulla, Jana Hojstričová, Jozef Jankovič, Svätopluk Mikyta, and Laco Teren, curated by Peter Michalovič. Macho is the only Slovak artist who paints on glass, or rather paints into glass. His art is mostly about painting. CONCERT: Elán – Živých nás nedostanú / They Will Not Get Us Alive – The 30th anniversary of their popular album Hodina slovenčiny / Lesson in Slovak by the iconic Slovak band Elán which has managed to survive the communist regime, the wave of foreign music after its fall, as well as the changes in taste coming in the 21st century, takes an opportunity to look back. However, the band will also play pieces from its most recent recording, Živých nás nedostanú / They Will Not Get Us Alive.
