Festival of summer yards and courtyards

Saturday, August 3, at 19:00 in Mirbach Palace (Františkánske námestie 11).

The Festival of Summer Courts and Courtyards will bring a musical palette of young and talented artists to the Old Town of Bratislava. The bands Toello, SJU, Sneaky Jesus, and singer Zdena Kvasková will perform on two August evenings.

In the courtyard of the Mirbach Palace on Saturday evening, the second festival evening will begin with a concert by the band Sneaky Jesus, and later this year's festival will close with a concert by Zdena Kvasková.

The festival's first day will take place at the same time in the courtyard of the Old Town Cultural Center Zichyho palác on Ventúrska 9.

Beach Flag 2024

Saturday, August 3, at 9:00 in Beach Club Draždiak (Tematínska).

On Saturday, 12 teams from Slovakia and abroad will compete in flag football and fight for the prestigious trophy.

You can look forward to a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, interesting and exciting matches, acrobatic interventions and music. Moderators will accompany you throughout the event. In addition to commenting on the situations on the pitch, they will introduce the rules, players and flag football itself.

There is also a natural Draždiak lake, a restaurant, and refreshment stands nearby.

Olympic festival in Bratislava

Thursday, August 8, from 10:00 till 18:00 on Kuchajda lake (Tomášikova).

Try interesting sports, have a lot of fun and enjoy live concerts of Slovak music stars. There will also be live broadcasts from the Olympic Games in Paris.

Apart from trying 20 kinds of sports, next Thursday you can also try Nordic walking near the lake or watch the performance of Slovak Association of Dance Sports both starting at 17:00. And if interested, you may also visit Slovak Olympic and Sports Museum which is opened from 10 till 18.
