Similarly to previous years, other specialised fairs will accompany CONECO such as RACIOENERGIA about rational usage of energy, CLIMATHERM on air conditioning, and CONECOINVEST and SLOVREALINVEST on real estate and investment.

During its history CONECO has become not only a place for meetings of businesspeople, architects, designers and other construction experts, but also a chance to learn about investment intentions and construction capacities. Every year companies introduce the latest innovations and trends in construction, real estate, air conditioning, and energy saving at the fair.

In its jubilee year, the main fair and its specialised fairs will be accompanied by a rich information programme for experts as well as the general public. There will be conferences, seminars and workshops as well as presentations of architectural contests and awards. For instance, the 16th edition of the conference on the Theory of Construction of Ground Structures will be dedicated to the energy efficiency of buildings. French and Slovak experts will speak about various ways to improve energy efficiency and about attitudes to this issue in France and Slovakia.
The Association of Construction Entrepreneurs of Slovakia will also be organising its traditional Partner Day and will be hosting a discussion on topical themes concerning the Slovak construction sector.

The governor of the National Bank of Slovakia, Ivan Šramko, has already promised a personal appearance, while other invited speakers include Economy Minister Ľubomír Jahnátek, Finance Minister Ján Počiatek and Minister of Construction and Regional Development Marian Janušek.
The fair will take place at Bratislava's Incheba Expo Arena from March 31 to April 4.
