Ingredients: 3kg Chinese cabbage, 1 cup salt, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 300g of green onions, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 cup red chilli powder, 2 tbsp fish sauce.
Preparation: Slice and wash Chinese cabbage and soak it in salt water. Clean the bottom of the cabbage. Mix the ingredients to make kimchi seasoning.
Spread the seasoning evenly between the cabbage leaves. Wrap the whole cabbage and store in a cool place.
