When the majority of High Tatras hiking routes are closed in the winter, it is time to look around and find other spectacular places in Slovak nature.
One of them is Podolínsky Falls, located on the Krížny Stream in the Spišská Magura Mountains in eastern Slovakia. The waterfall is almost two-metres high.
It is possible to park nearby and walk only a few minutes to reach the falls. The trip is also a good possibility for children and seniors, as well as a short stopover.
