Bratislava could compete as congress destination
ALTHOUGH congresses are still going mainly to cities such as London, Paris, Barcelona, Vienna, and Prague, very soon the time should come when companies will want to bring their clients and employees to new cities.
PSA Peugeot Citroen plans to boost investment
FRENCH carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroen plans to increase its investments in Slovakia by €357 million (Sk13.5 billion) from its original pledge of €700 million (Sk26.4 billion).
Ski season kicks off in the Tatras
THE HIGH Tatras are now covered in snow but the only ski resort in operation is Štrbské Pleso. Higher altitude ski centres in Tatranská Lomnica and Starý Smokovec are closed until December 22.
