Initiative aims to halt treaty

ONDREJ Dostál drafted a complaint to the Constitutional Court, arguing that rather than approval in parliament, Slovakia should have adopted the EU Constitutional Treaty through passing a constitutional law on the issue, then held a national referendum to confirm the law.
