KDS and OKS to draw up joint candidate list for 2010 election
Representatives of the newly-formed Conservative Democrats of Slovakia (KDS) and the non-parliamentary Civic Conservative Party (OKS) will be included on a joint candidate list for the parliamentary elections in 2010, KDS preparation-committee member Vladimír Palko said on April 1.

NATO awards 39 Slovak soldiers in Afghanistan
Thirty-nine Slovak soldiers deployed in Afghanistan under the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) were presented with medals on March 29 for their NATO service, Slovak armed forces spokesman Milan Vanga told SLOVAKIA.
